Our starting point is a practical visual assessment of safely accessible roofline areas. Visible tile damage, mortar deterioration, blocked valleys, flashing concerns and likely water paths are photographed and explained. Further testing or licensed repair work may be recommended where the cause cannot be confirmed visually.
