Information you provide
When you submit a quote, booking or contractor-directory request, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, property or business address, suburb, postcode, property details, preferred dates, requested services, notes and consent choices. SMS and email conversations may also be retained as part of the customer and job history.
How the information is used
The information is used to respond to you, assess the requested work, prepare a quote, confirm or manage a booking, send service-related messages, maintain customer and job records, and follow up on relevant work. Submitted details are not sold.
Website analytics
The site uses first-party analytics and Google Analytics 4 to understand visits, traffic sources, page use and actions such as quote starts, SMS clicks and completed lead forms. Browser storage may hold a random visitor identifier, session identifier and campaign attribution. Authenticated Mission Control pages are excluded, and automated traffic is filtered where practical.
Service providers
Website hosting, analytics, database, email and SMS providers may process information only as required to operate those services. Automated SMS confirmations may be sent after a customer request is successfully saved.
Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably needed to manage enquiries, bookings, customer history, legal obligations and legitimate business records. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to access or correct personal information held about you, request that unnecessary information be deleted, or opt out of non-essential contact. Transactional messages about an active quote or booking may still be required to complete your request.
