Your request is reviewed before the scope, timing and quote are confirmed. Gutter cleaning covers safely accessible gutter runs and common surface blockages around accessible downpipe entries. Completion photos provide a practical record of the cleaned areas.
An eligible gutter clean also includes a complimentary visual observation of visible tiles, mortar and likely roofline concerns from the working area. This is not a formal building, structural or pest inspection.
Where a concern needs repair work, the proposed scope is explained and quoted separately. Work that requires a South Australian trade licence is arranged with an appropriately licensed contractor.
