Do you quote business premises, offices, strata properties and retirement villages?+
Yes. Commercial and managed properties receive a site-based quote. We consider the number of buildings, storeys, gutter length, roof type, access, preferred work hours, safety or induction requirements and the reporting needed by the owner, strata manager or site contact.
Is the roof inspection really free?+
Yes. A complimentary visual roof condition check is included with an eligible gutter clean. It is a practical observation from safely accessible work areas, not a formal building, structural or pest inspection.
How often should Adelaide gutters be cleaned?+
Many homes benefit from an annual clean. Properties near gums, pines or deciduous trees may need attention every six months, especially before sustained winter rain and after heavy leaf fall.
Can clean gutters help with bushfire preparation?+
